By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing, running, injecting, or utilizing any software, digital goods, or services provided by PhantomCheats ("the Service"), you explicitly, irrevocably, and unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the entirety of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service, and you must immediately cease all access, delete any downloaded software binaries, and terminate your account. Continued use of the Service or website constitutes ongoing, binding acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.
Our proprietary software is strictly licensed, not sold, to you for personal, private, non-commercial use only. You do not own the software, and your access is a conditional, temporary privilege that can be revoked at any moment by administration. You are expressly prohibited from engaging in, attempting, or facilitating any of the following restricted actions:
You are solely, entirely, and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (including usernames, passwords, API keys, and HWID linkages). PhantomCheats, its owners, developers, and staff shall assume zero liability and will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, data breach, or compromise resulting from unauthorized account use, regardless of whether it stemmed from user negligence, credential stuffing, phishing, or malware exploits on the user's machine.
All digital keys, licenses, and active subscriptions are strictly linked to your unique hardware signature (HWID) and specific account, and are completely non-transferable. Any form of sharing, selling, or trading licenses, or attempting to false-report hardware changes to obtain an HWID reset for another individual, is strictly prohibited. HWID resets are granted at the absolute discretion of staff, and any abuse of this system will result in immediate, permanent license revocation without notice or refund.
While we strive to maintain maximum server and software uptime, PhantomCheats does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided strictly on an "as available" basis. Operational outages, emergency maintenance, and software updates will occur and are communicated via our official Discord server. Downtime, game patches, or developer-induced breaks do not entitle users to compensation, time extensions, or refunds unless explicitly stated by management.
PhantomCheats enforces a strict, uncompromising, zero-tolerance policy against any form of software manipulation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized commercial exploitation. Our software utilizes advanced automated detection systems, client-side integrity checks, and server-side analysis to safeguard our intellectual property. Any breach of this section triggers immediate, severe, and automated defense actions.
PhantomCheats reserves the right, in its sole, absolute, and unreviewable discretion, to terminate, suspend, restrict, or wipe your access to the Service, your account, and any active software licenses at any time, for any reason or no reason whatsoever, without prior notice, justification, or liability. While termination is typically triggered by a violation of these Terms, management reserves the right to ban any user if it is deemed appropriate or necessary to protect the safety, integrity, infrastructure, and reputation of the community and the Service.
All software, digital products, and services are provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Use of third-party modification or gaming software inherently carries risks and may violate third-party terms of service, end-user license agreements (EULA), or anti-cheat policies. You assume 100% of the risk and full, absolute responsibility for any and all consequences resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to third-party game bans, account suspensions, in-game item forfeiture, data loss, OS corruption, or system instability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhantomCheats, its owners, developers, administrators, and affiliates shall assume absolutely zero liability and shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of game accounts, cost of procurement of substitute goods, or system downtime) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Due to the digital, instantaneous, and consumable nature of our products and software licenses, all sales are final. No refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: software incompatibility with your specific operating system setup, third-party game updates that temporarily disable the software, or account bans received on third-party games. By completing a purchase, you agree that you waive all rights to a refund. Any attempt to open a payment dispute, file a chargeback, or reverse a transaction through a payment processor or banking institution will be treated as fraudulent behavior, resulting in an immediate, permanent ban of your IP, HWID, and account across our entire network, along with the submission of your details to global fraud databases.
Users are expected to maintain civil behavior within all official PhantomCheats community hubs, including the website, forums, and Discord servers. Support staff provide technical assistance out of courtesy. We reserve the right to deny support, restrict access to support channels, or terminate accounts entirely if a user exhibits toxic, abusive, threatening, or defamatory behavior toward staff members or other community users.
Both parties agree to treat all proprietary information and sensitive data shared during the utilization of the Service as confidential. Any user data collected by PhantomCheats is strictly used for authentication, fraud prevention, and security verification purposes. You are strictly prohibited from leaking, publishing, or sharing any private announcements, beta software, loader links, or security mechanics provided exclusively to you inside the client portal.
In the event of an issue or grievance, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication with PhantomCheats administration via our designated support channels before pursuing any external escalations. Any attempt to bypass this process through public defamation or malicious attacks will result in immediate termination of all privileges.
PhantomCheats reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice to users. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted to this page or communicated via official channels. Your continued access and use of our software or services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions. It is your sole responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

Upon payment, PhantomCheats grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. Time-based licenses begin immediately upon activation.
